Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing flat, house, or unit numbers will lead to packages being sent back due to missing address information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
